The Vilakudy Panchayath library council bala kalolsavam ,organised by Elampal Yuvajana Samajam Public Library, was conducted at Elampal Gov UPS on 6 Dec 2008.Chidren of different libraries in the Panchayath participated various contests.

BALA KALOTSAVAM AT ELAMPAL
The panchayath bala klotsavam ,conducted by the library council and organised by ELAMPAL YUVAJANA SAMAJAM PUBLIC LIBRARY, will be held at Elampal Govt ups on 06 Dec 08.Children assosiated with any librarary in Vilakuduy panchayath ,studying at UP-High school level can contest.More details are awaited.
